We are a small team, building something carefully and with purpose.
Wilder Pathways is led by Lydia, a qualified teacher with nearly 20 years’ experience supporting children and young people, including those with SEN, SEMH and anxiety-related needs. As both an educator and a parent of children with additional needs, her work is shaped by a deep understanding of learning, regulation and relationship.
She works alongside Karl, an experienced educator with strengths in 1:1 and small group tutoring of students with SEN. Together, they bring a calm, relational approach to education that balances academic rigour with flexibility, care and responsiveness to individual learners.
